Service terms
These terms apply when Look Hear Solutions Company Limited (“we”, “us”) supplies local SEO, Google Business Profile, website, advertising, GEO, review, reporting or citation services to a business customer. The accepted proposal and checkout page confirm the exact scope, price and commitment.
Service delivery
Work is scheduled after we receive the required information, access and payment. Timelines may depend on client verification, platform review or third-party limitations. We provide services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee a particular ranking, advertising position, number of enquiries or revenue.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights to supplied text, images and brand assets, and complete approvals, verification and account access promptly. Platform and advertising access is arranged as stated in the proposal.
Websites and third-party platforms
For Tier 2 and Tier 3, the completed website design can be handed over to the client. Hosting or account transfer remains subject to Hostinger plan and third-party limitations. Google, Stripe, Hostinger, directories and other platforms control their own policies, approvals, availability and account decisions.
Google Ads
Google Ads media spend is separate from our management fee unless a proposal expressly says otherwise. The client approves the advertising budget, locations and principal offer.
Commitment, renewal and cancellation
The accepted proposal and Stripe checkout page state the minimum commitment, discount, upfront total, automatic renewal period and applicable cancellation arrangement. A client may request cancellation before renewal by emailing ailookhearsoln@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory cancellation or refund right that applies.
Charges and tax
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Look Hear Solutions Company Limited is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged. Optional add-ons and citation services are charged only after quotation and client approval.
Liability and suspension
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may suspend work for non-payment, misuse, unlawful material or serious breach, normally after reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
